The North Idaho Health Freedom Journal is a free quarterly publication for people in North Idaho who care about holistic health. Each issue gathers ideas, perspectives, and local resources for living well: body, mind, and spirit, rooted in the place we share.
We made it free on purpose. Good information about health and well-being should be easy to find, and a community gets stronger when neighbors can find each other.
